Aura Cleanse

Why being happy is the best medicine

Identifying the true cause of illness cannot be done by looking at the physical alone. The symptom is not the cause. Holistic analysis considers the spiritual, mental and emotional wellbeing as well as the physical.

As we learn in society that we are all inter-connected, so too must it come into mainstream knowledge that these different aspects of the self are all connected too.

If the emotional causes off illness were more well known, then people would take responsibility for how they feel and work on their mental and emotional health more and take the pressure off the health system.

If it is said that people can beat cancer with their minds, then could your thoughts or emotions cause it in the first place? (Shared with permission).

Example 1

Cancer scare

In a Facebook exchange with a friend, my feelings were being drawn to a heaviness that I felt she was carrying in the lower right of the body. She divulged that she had had a cancer scare in the uterus.

So I looked up a human anatomy chart to see that sure enough, the heavy sensation I felt on me was identical to where the uterus is normally positioned on a female (and no, I do not have a uterus! Lol).

In my Bi-Aura training, we were taught that the right side of the body responds to your interactions with male energy.

Then my intuition told me that the cancer scare happened because of the anger that she carried towards the father of her children who is an absent father.

Example 2

Pancreatic Cancer

I once had a client who’s partner was suffering from terminal pancreatic cancer. So I looked up my chakra chart to see that the pancreas connects with the solar plexus which has the natural right “to act and be individual” with the saboteur of “shame”. The issues of this energy centre include: energy, action, transformation, drive, will power, sense of self, sense of identity.

So I asked my client if there was anything happening

in her partner’s life that could bring a challenge to his sense of self, or a situation where there may be any shame being carried? She replied “Well, even though he’s in a long term relationship with me, he’s still married to his ex wife!”

So if the theory is valid, it could be argued that the shame he carried from this situation (and unfulfilled desire) may have caused the cancer in the beginning (from a holistic perspective – not medical).

Example 3

Grief in left foot

Both my parents passed away four days apart in January 2007. After my Mother died, I developed a pain in my left foot. I had no physical reason for the pain to be there, but it got worse to the point of
needing a repeat prescription of pain killers and walking with a limp.

I also gave an attempt at CPR (“the kiss of life”) before she passed but it didn’t work! This happened only four days after my Dad died from a heart attack also.

The first year was quite hard to come to terms with. The memory of giving CPR to my own Mum haunted me! On the first anniversary of her passing, I released the need to grieve and the pain in my left foot vanished!

I now know as a therapist that the left responds to my interactions with feminine energy, and the foot connects with home and family. I had manifested that pain as a result of my own grief!

Example 4

Breath = Fear

I did a home visit to a client who was diagnosed with terminal COPD, a condition which affects the breath. She was even hooked up to an oxygen machine.

So, knowing that the breath connects with the root chakra which has the saboteur of fear (re. panic attacks), my first question to the client was, “Do you consider yourself to be a fearful person?” Her reply:

“I’ve been living in fear all my life!”

She was fearful that her Dad would find her again after being abused in childhood! So after helping her to realise that it was her fear that was making herself ill, she was able to drop the fear and she lived way past the date the doctors gave her of her life expectancy!

Example 5

Gives up pain killers

When I was learning to a be a Bi-Aura practitioner, my second case study gave up her repeat prescription of pain killers after one session. Even though the car crash was a physical event, it was actually her emotions that were blocking the body’s desire to heal itself.

Not long after the car accident, she had a friend who died in Afghanistan. So when the funeral came, her partner said, “Once the funeral is done and dusted, END OF, – no more talking about it.”

So, because of the unresolved emotions sitting at the back of her sacral (the seat of emotion), this aggravated her physical injury as this chakra is located where she hurt her back.

CLIENT FEEDBACK:
“I am still off my pain killers and no longer seeing a physio and back to working. And I feel I am in a much better place in my life now and I do believe it all started with the Bi-Aura.” (Six months later).

Example 6

Gives up walking stick

At the beginning of 2016, I had a client who gave up her walking stick after years of using one! It was all to do with her fear that she carried from her ex husband who was very controlling.

She developed osteoarthritis not long after meeting her husband to be, which affected the movement of her bones.

The bones connect to the root chakra which has the saboteur of “fear”. The issue of movement links with the sacral chakra which has the saboteur of GUILT and is the seat of emotion. So when someone is very
controlling, they make you feel guilty.

On her first appointment, I cleared her energy field by spinning spirals over her chakras to get her chi

moving which helps to invoke a sense of “letting go” of anything negative. When she came to see me for a follow up appointment, she said that she felt great for five days, but felt the old stuff coming back over the past two days. So I suggested, “Well that’s your mind and emotions letting the old stuff come back”.

So then the penny dropped that it was her emotions causing her condition.

So when she came to see me for third appointment, she proudly arrived without her walking stick after years of using one.

So, in order to maintain good health, it is important to release any bad emotions that have a negative impact on the human body.

Example 7

Distance Healing

I once had a distance healing client where I felt back pain to the right of the heart chakra. “But my back is fine” she exclaimed. Then I asked her, “Are you grieving for a male in your life?“ She replied “Oh, I’ve just split up from my boyfriend.“

Back = past, right = male and the saboteur of the heart is grief. I had felt her emotional pain physically on my body even though her physical condition was not affected.

More than an illusion?

Derren Brown is a theatrical illusionist and hypnotist. He says…

“It isn’t really events that cause our problems, but more our reactions to them. You cannot control other people and events, but you are in control of your thoughts and actions. If you let it go, nothing bad happens.”

He is correct! So, if Derren Brown can induce healing on a mass of people in a theatrical audience (as reported in the press and shown on tv) by leading them and hypnotising them into a “good feeling” place, then how did those symptoms of illness manifest in the first place? By carrying negative thoughts and feelings and not letting them go.

By not letting go, you induce your body to suffer by letting things eat at you from the inside out.

So if you have read this far, then you may be wondering what emotions you are carrying? Then, connect with me for a BI-AURA SESSION (or Distance Healing if you are not in Central Scotland) and I will tune into your energy to see what I feel emanating from you. Bi-Aura therapy is very powerful and gets the chi flushed out to release negative emotions, whether you see me in person or online with Whatsapp.
